Francis was born on the 12th of May 1879, the Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hayes Parker and husband of Alice Maude Parker, of 91, Woodstock Rd., Oxford. He entered Campbell College in November 1894.
Francis was killed in action whilst serving as a Private with the 1st Battalion of the Seaforth Highlanders. Francis is buried at Lahana Military Cemetery, Greece.
